Born 5/24/47 in Olympia, WA. Came to Boise in 1960, went one year to West Jr. High than attended STA as a sophomore and junior. I was in the first graduating class of Bishop Kelly, Class of 1965. Graduated from Gonzaga in 1969 and went to Hasting College of Law, University of California, San Francisco. Graduated in 1973. Passed the CA State Bar in 1973 and have been practicing law in Redwood City and San Jose, CA for 42 years. Married Janet Arnerich in Watsonville, CA in 1977. We live in Menlo Park, CA. 4 children, 7 grandchildren, soon to be 8. My 4 kids graduated from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA, the University of Arizona, Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Cal State Polytechnic in San Luis Obispo, CA, and Santa Clara University.

I graduated from Gonzaga in 1969 and Hastings College of Law in 1973. I practice law full time in Redwood City, California. I married Janet Arnerich in 1977 and we have four children and seven grandchildren.
